geriatrici \u00e8 stato progettato appositamente per questo gruppo di pazienti: Poich\u00e9 i pazienti geriatrici sono in media pi\u00f9 limitati nelle loro prestazioni cognitive rispetto agli altri pazienti, il questionario \u00e8 stato progettato di conseguenza e possono essere intervistati anche i familiari. Il sistema di misurazione \u00e8 stato sviluppato in collaborazione con l&#8217;Ospedale Felix Platter e convalidato da MECON. La soddisfazione dei vostri pazienti anziani viene cos\u00ec mappata in modo affidabile.<\/strong><\/p><p>Il sistema di misurazione \u00e8 adatto sia alle cliniche geriatriche che ai reparti geriatrici degli ospedali per acuti. Il kit di misurazione \u00e8 composto da 2 indagini:<\/p><ul><li>un questionario per i <strong>pazienti<\/strong><\/li><li>un questionario per i <strong>parenti<\/strong> dei pazienti<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p>A seconda della capacit\u00e0 cognitiva, vengono intervistati i pazienti stessi e\/o i loro familiari. \u00c8 possibile anche un colloquio personale con i pazienti.<\/p><p>Come per tutte le misurazioni MECON, il benchmarking esterno costituisce la parte principale della valutazione.
